Text to Speechにて外国語（英語、スペイン語、ロシア語など）のWavファイルを作成しております。
デフォルトのままだと音が聞きづらい為、以下の指定方法で音質を向上させてました。
config.SetSpeechSynthesisOutputFormat(SpeechSynthesisOutputFormat.Riff24Khz16BitMonoPcm);
これ以上の音の改善をする場合、何か別途指定方法があるのでしょうか？
